Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the US takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless they arrive damaged.

To maintain the shine of your pieces, we recommend removing them before swimming, showering, or applying perfumes. Store them in a cool, dry place, preferably in the Alesyajewelery pouch provided.
